In this article, we will show you how to optimize your route for maximizing fuel savings inside of the Trucker Path App.  

After a trip is generated, navigate to the Trips tab.

Next, scroll down and click on 'Get Smart Fuel Plan'

At the top of the page, you can customize the settings to fit your preferences.

you can set your starting fuel level, MPG, tank capacity, and the minimum fuel purchase amount.

Below that, you can choose which fuel chains you'd like to visit or keep them all selected if you don't have a preference.

Once everything is set, click 'Get Fuel Plan.'

The next screen shows the suggested fueling locations. If everything looks correct, press 'Add to Trip' and these locations will be added as stops

When you're ready to hit the road, simply press 'Go,' and the system will provide a route optimized for fuel savings!
